The Kasson-Mantorville Public Schools is focused on providing students with comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of students at their level.  K-M Elementary offers extensive opportunities in the areas of reading, language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies using new and extensive curriculum to help support teachers and staff to meet the needs of our students.  K-M Elementary also has intervention reading programs that focuses on ensuring that all students are reading at grade level.

K-M Elementary also offers specialists classes to provide students with a well-rounded education.  We offer physical education, art, PLTW, and music classes for all students.

Kasson-Mantorville also offers special education and ELL (English Language Learner) opportunities for students who qualify.  We also provide Title I services to help students reach grade level reading and math goals.

Our high potential program caters to students who are on an accelerated learning track. Students are challenged through various opportunities throughout the school day.  Students are identified as high potential through a process that involves teacher input, student data and collaboration with our high potential coordinator.

Kasson-Mantorville prides itself in providing a strong core academic program and enriching specialist experiences. Our fine tradition of academic excellence has been recognized by being named a 2012 & 2013 Minnesota Reward School by the Department of Education and with the designation of being named a Minnesota School of Excellence by the Minnesota Elementary School Principal's Association.
